Nutrition & Health Coaching
Kate has developed a love of nutrition since having overcome her own health issues, through nutrition. As a result she has trained and continuing to train further in nutrition, sports nutrition and health coaching.
Health coaching allows people to receive guidance in taking control of their health and look into ways that they can make changes to improve their health. A lot of the time people know things are wrong, but do not know what to change to make their health improve. By having a health coach ideas can be explored, implemented and held accountable for making agreed changes. Each program is based on person centred approach and the individual is in control of the changes they want to make.
Good nutrition is the key to health and the key to high performance. Ensuring that an an individual is receiving the right quality and quantity of foods. If low quality foods are being consumed then performance can be affected.
