They came across UCAN livsteady when reading 'Art and Science of Low Carbohydrate Performance.  From reading this book the decision was made to try the product and see if family members could tolerate it.  Having been amazed at the difference the product made, Kate and Stewart decided to retail the product in the UK.  They wanted to be able to offer the benefits of Livseady to those who needed it over here.
